Need help on Build

Hi guys I ran into some money for a build but luckily already have some pieces.What i need is a
My budget is $800 . I want to run D3, wow and Gw2 of max settings, and I need a PC to last me descent amount of time before an upgrade

What I have already is the case(full ATX Tower), ssd and graphics card(gigabyte HD 7970) and operating system and Power supply(700w)

What I need is your opinion on the best choices of :-
-processor
-good cooler for processor, liquid or very very silent assuming that I will have to overclock to get the performance I need)
-mobo (I have a full ATX tower waiting for it)
-Memory

I could go slightly over the $800.It's been a while since I built a rig.
