    Need Help with Specs

So, I'm not sure if this is where I'm supposed to post it or not, but a friend told me that you guys can be quite helpful in building a system, so I figured I'd throw in my dilemma and ask for help.

I have about 700 to spend, not including my monitor, I already have that covered.
I raid in 10mans, but I like to see what I raid, and usually like graphics on Ultra or Very High(My internet can handle it)
I prefer ASUS Motherboards, because I like the brand
    I prefer NVIDIA Graphics cards
I would eventually like dual monitors

That's about it. Like I said, I don't know if I have the right place, or if you guys can even help me. I can go a little over my price mark, but not by much. I'd like to get as close to my requests as possible, but I can always upgrade later. Thanks in advance if you can help!

Do you need an OS to be included in the 700? This build is without an OS included:

If you have a Microcenter near you you can buy the CPU+motherboard together ($40 off the motherboard and cheaper CPU).

It didn't include an OS, but I can add that on without much of a problem. I appreciate your help.
