Heroic Lightning storm strats?

How do you go about lighten storm on heroic Jinrokh? Or what do you find most effective. Any tips would be much help!

Lots of people strafe around on a specific grate because you don't have to worry about as much stuff behind you, but this puts melee out of range and your healers out of range of melee in they stay on the boss. You can also stack in melee and throw down barrier/smoke bomb/spirit link while still dodging most things inside that. Some people even just stack and heal without dodging.

We just dodge lightning around the middle with raid cds rolling. If you get hit by too many balls, you die.

We do exactly the same... everyone has to take care of himself. Healthstone is also great. And EVERYONE should use personals if necessary and available.
