<One Shot> is an adult 10 man raiding guild located on the Stormrage server. We pride ourselves with our achievements and teamwork. We are currently looking for more competitive progression focus people to continue moving forward.
One Shot is a guild built on some very strong values that is lost today. Values such as Honor, Respect, Loyalty, and Integrity. We are looking for people that share the same value as us to grow together into a wonderful place to raid and progress through end game content. One thing we want most of all are good people. We want people that take pride in what they do and how they perform. Big egos never killed a boss but pride and the desire to achieve have.

Anyone interested should be geared for our current progression, ideally 535+, you should have your cloak already. You should also have some heroic content down. We are looking for very reliable and knowledgeable people with a great amount of experience.
In order for us to keep the great atmosphere we have in the guild we do have a couple of simple requirements...
We are looking for active people
Must be over the age of 23
No Trolls, not in guild chat, not in trade chat
Must be on time and prepared for raids
Must come with knowledge of encounters
Must be able to use mumble, have a working mic and not be shy to use it
Most of all be a good and fun person to hang out with

One Shot still has Range DPS spots and Healing spots. We are interested in a Disc priest that can atonement heal and a MW Monk. Will consider a resto druid as long as they have a Balance off spec and knows how to play it well.
We are still looking for people. We have a couple of spots open and a couple of spots to replace. Currently we are looking for people to finish up tier 15 and start working on the PTR for tier 16 once we can. We will be raiding 2 nights a week on the PTR as we finish up this current tier.

We are always looking for talented a committed raiders. Spots are always opening so if you are interested in raiding with a mature adult guild feel free to apply. We are looking for people with a proven history of top tier raiding.
Currently have 1 DPS spot open and looking to fill it with a Hunter. Must have some heroic experience, be full 12/12 normal clear, have a 525 item level, be reliable and able to raid our complete schedule with any issues.
We are also looking for 1 more healer and 2 more dps to rotate into our team. This is the ensure that we will never have to pug and that we have a success on each and every raid night.

Yes, we need you to be willing and able to play both specs evenly as well. We are looking for a top notch person that is very responsible and reliable.
We are also recruiting a couple of extras. We are looking for 1 extra healers, does not really matter what class or spec right now. We are also trying out Holy Pallys for the near future. If interested in getting a spot and you are a proven skilled holy pally check us out. We are in need of 2 DPS over and above our regular 10 man. 1 melee would like a DK or Rogue and 1 Range DPS. We are open to the range DPS. Having a good off spec is always helpful but not required. This is not for a bench seat but instead this is for our rotating roster. Why do guilds do this? Well if you have to ask you probably never really played on a high level of progression. Guilds do this to ensure that they always have a skilled, knowledgeable and gear player within the guild to ensure successful progression. We will ensure every one of our members get the boss achievements as well as gear to help further progress.
Balance/Resto Druid. Does not matter which is main spec, we need you to be able and willing to play both specs

We have some solid ranking players on our team and looking for a few more to add to it. Don't take my word for it but instead check out our logs to see for yourself. Our logs are public and our main core members are doing some great DPS and Heals. We are looking for more of the same.
We are looking for people with great knowledge with their character as well as each and every encounter. We do not want people to come and need to have things called out for them. Everyone should be experienced enough to know how each encounter works and able to execute raid mechanics, not stand in shit, stack, spread, use cooldowns, and dispels.
We are still looking for raiders. We have a few spots open. Our team is coming along nicely. We will be working our team until we have at least 13 core members on it that are reliable and able to raid. These people are not extras/back-ups/ or fill-ins. Sport teams do not just run with that they need in the field and neither should any good guild team. Think about it, you can bang your head in the wall with a guild that is constantly having to deal with people that cannot make a raid this night or that one because you never want to sit out an encounter or 2 or you can raid on a team that has people ready to go nightly to ensure success every single time.
