I have gone casual for about the last 6 months due to RL and ready to get back into raiding. I am currently 2/13H (was 12/16H mop, 8/8H ds) and looking for a 25 man guild around or above that. I am looking to make a transfer this week while they still offer the discount.
I am looking for raid times that are about 7-10pm EST.

I'm Orphie of Steadfast. We're a 10m late night raiding guild on Silvermoon - US - Horde. We're currently looking for a ranged DPS and you may fit the bill. <Calm Down> was formed towards the end of Trial of the Crusader in 2009 as a group of friends who were tired of the stress that comes with progression raiding on a hardcore schedule. We quickly formed multiple 10 man groups that finished A Tribute to Mad Skill before the release of Icecrown Citadel.
The guild quickly burned through Icecrown Citadel normal modes, and within a few months were up to 11/12 HM’s on 10man. After a transition to 25man raiding, the guild saw moderate success, achieving 8/12 HM’s on 25man.
Cataclysm has seen a strong start, again on 10man, before deciding in February that raiding was infinitely more fun with 15 more personalities. The first week resuming 25man raiding saw the guild achieve 10/12 normal mode kills. Following that, our group quickly dropped 6/13 heroic bosses. We finished Firelands at 6/7 Heroic, Dragon Soul at 8/8H, Tier 14 at 4/16H, and are progressing through Heroic Throne of Thunder.

<BTDT> US-Exodar is a tight knit 10m guild trying to establish ourselves as a top 20 ten man in the US. We raid mon-thurs 8-12EST. We are looking for raiders who consistently rank on WoL and have a short learning curve as to execute mechanics with perfection. A history lesson
Audacity is a 25man guild originally formed in 2009, We believe that it's important to play with players we're comfortable with - in both skill and personality- so we recruit solid raiders that fit in well with our guild's unique atmosphere and work well together in whatever Blizz may throw our way. We are Paradisio, a late-night progression guild formerly of Boulderfist, and now making our new home here. We are a very friendly and mature guild (with people of all ages but tending to be working married adults). Paradisio(Formally Solace) was created in Feb 2010 on Boulderfist and has since bloomed into a 25-man raiding team. We finished 11/16HM T14 and looking to continue the progression further in t15 as of now we are 4/12 HM.

What do we expect?
- Progression-oriented. You focus on the bosses we have yet to kill, not bosses we have killed but have not gotten the cute achievements for.
- Experience and skill. You have good knowledge of your class and research your own class/spec in order to perform at the highest level possible, even on your worst of days.
- Gear. You have all your gear enchanted, gemmed, and reforged optimally.
- Punctuality. You show up on raid days 10-15 minutes early to do your preparation so we can start on time and finish on time.
- Attendance. Required to maintain 90% attendance per month. We understand emergencies come up, but statistically the average adult will have 1 emergency a month, not per week. All raiding guild members are held to the same attendance standards.
- Communication. You are able to speak up loud and clear when the time calls for it.
- Consistency. You have a solid enough schedule that you can show up to all the raids and also a good enough connection that you can stay online for the full duration.
- Drive and dedication. You have the will to put in that extra attempt following an extremely close wipe.
- Tolerance and patience. You do not mind being switched in and out for fights for the better of the guild, such as for a better raid composition.
- Positive attitude. You are not easily demoralized and can handle long hours of progression and countless wipes. You also step up to your own mistakes (remember, logs do not lie).
Serious Casual's 25-man group [RUM] on Mal'Ganis is currently recruiting to fill a slot for a skilled ele shaman.
We raid 3 nights per week, for a total of 9 hours. The schedule is 8:30-11:30 EST on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Mondays.
We are 6/13 heroic. We have a solid raid team of dedicated, skilled players and even with the light schedule we are serious about clearing heroic content. Many players are working professionals with spouses and families so we greatly value having plenty of personal time and weekends outside of raid times, while still killing bosses!
Modern (11/13H) is currently recruiting for a hard push for 5.4 and the FUTURE! (priority going to a listed recruitment needs)*. Please have a deep understanding of your class and spec as well as the ability to adapt quickly to new raid mechanics before boss strategies are widely available.
