Persuasive Speech Ideas

I have a persuasive speech coming up in class end of next week. I was wondering what people have for suggestions for something I can give a speech on?

This is one of those "I'm here to tell you about why you should xxx," kind of speeches.

I was thinking of doing one about why you shouldn't use the snooze button however I am not sure if I can make it around 5-7 minutes without being really slow with information and bringing in a lot of interactivity.

I was also thinking of doing one regarding magic card tricks or something along those lines; however, I am not confident enough to perform card tricks in front of 50+ people haha.

Anyone have any cool ideas on what kind of speech I could give?

The list goes on and on with positives on maintaining a normal weight and negatives on obesity.

This is really important; you can't be convincing unless you believe in what you're selling. Find that intersection where what you're passionate about and what your audience is willing to buy meet.
