New Power Leveling Idea: Refer Myself

So, I was just thinking the other day how I would love to use R-A-F and get the 80 levels for a class I just can't bring myself to level, like Lock or Priest. But, since I am limited for playtime and have no current RL friends who play, or who would want to play on my sporadic schedule, I came up with the following item:

Refer-Myself
Bind to Server/Account
Token
Purchase Price $79 + Tax

Allows the user to activate token for free levels up to level 80. Can only be used on one character.
Can only be purchased once every 60 days.
