It seems all the retards from Ravencrest moved to Stormscale, roughly 1,5 years ago, so now, it's stocked up on bad players..
Fact (because I say so): TBC > Cata > Legion > ShaLa > MoP > DF > BfA > WoD = WotLK

Stormscale EU is heavily horde dominated, and it seems to have alot of pve guilds according to http://www.wowprogress.com/pve/eu/stormscale.
