BrM Weapon Choice

I was wondering if it would be better to use heroic darkwood spiritstaff two hander or a normal and a normal thunderforged Kura-Kura? I've been looking for a thread on the subject but I could only find one for WW. Advice would be helpful, thanks.

Rule of the thumb = use weapon that has higher ilvl, which in your case is staff.

In the decision for weapons:

1. Is one option higher ilevel? If yes, use it. If no, go to 2.
2. Does one option have obviously better stats than the other? If yes, use it. If no, go to 3.
3. Are you comparing DW to 2H? If yes, use DW. If no, go to 4.
4. Choose the pretty option.

There are some caveats (the sha-touched gem can mean it's difficult to upgrade, f.ex.), but overall the above applies to most weapon choices. As such, you should use the heroic staff, as it's the higher ilevel option.

Thanks, I figured that was the case but wanted to be sure before I upgraded it and enchanted it.
