If you get banned from Xbox One, you lose all the games you purchased with it

IMO, as soon as you purchase something, a shirt, shoes, a game, food, you should be allowed to do or say whatever you want about it. And if I have something negative to say even if its with my colorful language, the games that I paid for with MY money shouldn't be taken away from me. Sony here I come.

This system having DRM was already a red flag to ditch Microsoft. I'm not letting them and Bobby Kotick* get my personal info, and then have them charge me extra if god forbid family/friends want to play games with me. Mandatory Online, Kinect, and Voice are all bullshit because no one uses the Kinect.

*Kotick is going to love this system because like Microsoft, he can try to squeeze blood and stone from people stupid enough to buy the X-Box One with the CoD games (He dislikes the PS3/Sony).

At last some console company has come to their senses! I hate when banned people just come back a few days or months later, like this was a punishment for them. They broke the rules=they broke the law, they need to face the consequences. For me, certain offences should resoult in permanent disabling of your Xbox One, just to make sure you never hurt the community again.

I think I gonna buy at least 3 Xboxes 1, just to show my appreciation.

You guys know MS will come up with shady ways to ban people to make more $, right? I'm not talking about an exploit or gold farming; they can find a loop hole or a way to ban somebody for nothing, and take away their stuff. With the DRM in place, it's something to be concerned about (but yea, if you get banned for being stupid, you deserve it).

OP has a point to some extent; they could ban you for the hell of it just for appropriately saying something bad about them (i.e. not being a racist dumb-ass when you mention you're not fond of the new X-Box updates). Again, DRM doesn't make this sound any better.

As hilarious as I find thinking about all the fucking douchebags on xbox live losing their games due to a ban I'm actually starting to get impressed by just how badly microsoft are doing. I honestly didn't think they could go downhill any further after the initial reveal but it's almost been a daily occurrence of them managing to fuck up something else. I say bravo, it takes a special level of ineptitude to have a console fail before launch.

Wow...I'm honestly pretty shocked by Microsoft on this one. I guess they think that their die-hard fan's are all that matters? There are going to be people that buy it no matter what, but that is a very very small percentage.
