Modern WoW and what I like about it.

I like how I do not have to interact with anyone, I like to raid but want to spend as little time as possible doing so. LFR introduced a way to get loot with minimal time and it has been great. I realize that the normal and heroic raiders like to invest in the mechanics of the raid but at the end of the day, I am wearing similar gear as them with my LFR gear and that is ok with me. Minimal effort is fine because I work and also like to play other games. Great feature added by Blizz. I did not like the concept at first but since my availability with this game has changed it works great.

I especially like that I can play any character now and the learning curve has been relaxed. Since many of the abilities feel the same from class to class I can fill a role a lot easier, they all fit like an old comfortable shoe. Great direction by Blizz for those who like alts, similar is not a bad thing when you have minimal game time like me.

Lastly, I can play WoW as a single player game, that is a big deal for many people. I don’t have to rely on other players and they do not have to rely on me. With the way the online community can behave some times, having the ability to not have to interact with other players is something that will keep me subscribed for a few more years at least.
