I cannot see the build. You have to copy the "permalink" under "system build"

How high are you planning overclocking the CPU? 4.2-4.4 GHz?

If you were planning on going on the regular mild overclock then a 4670k is better since both achieve 4.2-4.4 easily, but afterwards the 3570k becomes much easier to hit higher speed.

    Lower price & 10-15 % better performance.

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant / Benchmarks

    CPU: Intel Core i5-4670K 3.4GHz Quad-Core Processor ($239.99 @ Newegg)

I would recommend adding 20 $ extra for a better CPU cooler like this : http://pcpartpicker.com/part/silvers...pu-cooler-ar03

    I'm NOT a fanboy (currently a 7950, last card was a GTX470).

Is there any reason you prefer the 670 over a 7970 at around the same price? The GHz edition of the 7970 happily runs rings around the 670.

    example benchies:
    http://www.anandtech.com/bench/Product/830?vs=768

Otherwise the builds fairly sound. I'd think a matched pair of ram sticks would be the same price or cheaper? There's an option to set the number of modules so you can find paired kits.

That silverstone cooler was slated in reviews I saw recently (forget which site). The Hyper 212 EVO is about the best cooler going till you spent another $15 or so.

    Edit. found it:

I'm not actually a massive anandtech fan either. I usually read around a few places, just happens to have both my links lead there >.<

I agree with this route because if only gaming on the rig you will not be able to tell the difference above 4.4-4.5 GHZ

Crucial Ballistix Tactical Tracer $30 per 1x4GB pretty light up RAM. I'd consider it if you have or are going for a windowed case.
