It would proberly run high/ultra with shadows / anti aliasing turned off.
Haswell have been released so no point getting a 3630QM.

There wont be any "lag" if you dont have stupid options enabled..Keep your Multisampling at x1 or x2, Shadows at Fair and everything else can be Ultra and you will be fine.

Toffie I live in windsor ON (Canada) and I can handle anywhere between 1500$ and 800$
