I understand that they want to make the elite pvp gear purely cosmetic, but will it require this achievement to buy them like the season 13 pvp gear in 5.3 or are they gonna make it require a 2200 rating to buy the gear?

i am curious because i remember reading that they were gonna make the new pvp gear require 2200 rating again, but the new gear has faction specific gear like this season and then this achievement popped up on ptr so what do you guys think?
