How can you sit there and say nothing was taken away and given to frost?

Because it was already there? Did you ever play frost ? Veins-> Orb -> DF-> lance/FoF-ed BF spam (if you know what it was) -> Snap -> repeat? If it wasnt burst, i dont know what it was. Not everything revolves around arcane or frost either... You never mentioned fixed mana pools and base spell cost changes in 5.0
