H87 board should be fine if you aren't doing overclocking, but you can get a Z87 board for just a little more as well. Newegg has $10 off the Asrock Z87 Pro3. ($105) Otherwise the Gigabyte Z87 D3H ($115) should be fine too.
Keep in mind that you don't need a K processor if you aren't overclocking. And if you aren't overclocking, the H87 should fit your needs well. With the H77 series you would have had to be concerned about if it supported SATA3, how many USB3 it had, etc. But the new 78-series stuff, even in the budget H-level boards are still chock full of 6gbps SATA3, USB3.0, etc.
