My new PC build (Hopefully) - Please Help

I asked about a build about 3/ 4 months ago and was advised to wait until the Haswell chips were out, so guess what I am back!

Budget: Ideally £800 but could push to £1000 (You will notice I have kept all of purchase from Ebuyer, this is because I have an account there and its easier, albeit a little more expensive, to buy from one place)
Resolution: Not to sure really, I currently play on a 1080p 32" LCD TV if that helps.
Games / Settings Desired: ATM I only play WoW, but dabble in other games like GW2 and Planetside2, my current laptop doesnt really allow me to play other games so I might explore once I get a new computer.
Any other intensive software or special things you do (Frequent video encoding, 3D modeling, etc): I occasionally use Photoshop and if I work from home I would be using AutoCAD 2D/3D. I woudl also like to stream/ record raids from time to time.
    Country: England
Parts that can be reused: None
Do you need an OS? I do, more than likely win 7 as I am used to it.
Do you need peripherals (e.g. monitor, mouse, keyboard, speakers, etc)? I need a keyboard tbh but that doesn't have to be part of this list.

I have no clue what I am doing, I have read a few others posts but most of which are American/ Main land Europe so diff costings. I priced up what I think might work and it is towards the top end of my budget so if it could be brought down in price that would be great.

(Noob alert) Could some one also confirm that what I have picked will actually work together :/

You did a mighty fine pick for someone that has no idea what they're doing (According to you)

Yes it will work. It will work very well but you're forgetting the CPU Cooler which is needed for overclocking (which you are doing with that CPU and Mobo and game performance at that budget)

You know, I think at that budget you might just want to get the most for the price and I think that comes with the 3570k due to mobo prices atm. You included Amazon in your build and that makes things a lot easier if you can get from them

Check this out (Price without Monitor and Keyboard is 977)

Reason monitor is there: Figured if you want a new rig, why have it crippled by a TV instead of a monitor (one too big for many appetites). This is a great IPS screen and I recommend it if you can get it. The keyboard is also great if you're look into one.

Actually the price difference of going 3570k vs 4670k isn't that big on UK retailers, it seems
    See what I mean?:

BTW with the 3570k build you don't actually need an H100i and you can get something much cheaper like a CM 212 EVO if you're not after strong over clocks

Thank you for the response, I think my choice is kinda lucky tbh... I took bits and bobs from others posts I see and from reviews I had read but Like I / you have mentioned I have next to know experience in building a PC....

I obviously understand that the 'K' on the end of the processor means it can be OC'ed but 1) I would have no idea how to do this & 2) not sure if I even would.... I have chosen the OC'able option just in case I got brave later down the line

What kind of FPS would I be to expect from the system I put up/ you put up with out OC'ing? and again sorry for teh noob question why do I need the extra cooling?

one last thing, why am I crippled by using a TV? is a monitor better.

    Thanks again

TV's suffer from input lag usually more so than monitors and that size is usually considered too big, myself and others usually set a threshold of 27" not to mention that most TV's at that size don't really compare to the colors and image quality of a 23"-ish IPS panel

overclocking is as easy as clicking a bunch of options on some motherboards. Google a guide of a motherboard+cpu. Takes minutes.

WoW benefits mostly from CPU. So where your system may take dips in FPS, the one I put up (with overclocking) will mean the dips are not as large or in some cases nonexistent.

Overclocking is a major performance benefit and it is almost always strongly recommended for WoW as thats the one part that directly increases performance the most

Yes, you will be crippled by using a TV. Pixels are very blurry on TVs. The primary impact of blurriness is text but gaming will be affected as well. Its difficult to see the enemy 100 yards in the distance when his character model is blurry.
