Tyranids and the zerg. Everyone's favorite swarming consuming alien locusts in sy fy. Which is better?
To me with psychic abilities swarming speed and tropes tyranids do everything the zerg does but better. Larger numbers, much more dangerous "swarmlord" and the fact that tyranids leave next to nothing of the planet but a giant rock, better psychic abilities to boot.

Can't really compare different universes (Even if SC was a rip of WH40K)
But tyranids would win :P Bio titans and the like!

after the chaos vs legion thread another onesided comparison?
it is pretty evident that tyranides would wipe the floor with the zerg. probably wouldn't even think they where an enemy ... just a snack one the way to the next star system.
tyranids are the zerg in multitudes stronger in pretty much every dimension. even the smallest scout tendril of the tyranid armarda would erradicate the zerg and even gain new troops in the proccess.
no contest here.

Everything in the Warhammer universe is OP anyway, so what's the point of the discussion, truthfully.

Does it really matter? A big ooze swallows up a little ooze and becomes a slightly bigger ooze- were they even seperate oozes in the first place, or 2 parts of the same whole? Essentially, Zerg/Tyranids are so akin to each other that what would most likely happen would be a series of battles to test various strands and then willing absorbtion of the looser by the winner, because, you know, you just joining something better then yourself.

People just say tyranids because the stuff going on in the Warhammer universe is always at massive scale while what's going in Starcrat looks like it's happening in a small town.

After the second post. what is seen cannot be unseen. Also regarding 2nd post about kerrigan of the zerg??? Tyranids would still eat her the zerg and everyone else unfortuant enough to be on said planet.
