New to rated PVP. Could use a hand.

So I'm trying to break into rated pvp and I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. I currently am playing demonology and I'm told I'm not putting out the damage I should be doing. I don't really care for destro. I like playing demo or affliction. Is there anybody available that could help me with some tips please? I will include a link to my armory.

Gonna have to be more specific as to what type of rated PvP you are doing. I'm going to assume since you said something about not doing enough damage that you are doing RBGs in which case Demo is the worst spec for damage in RBGs. I only ever play Demo in RBGs if we're in AB, and that's ONLY if I'm going to be guarding the flag at LM. Otherwise Destro is king of RBGs, and Affli can put out really good pressure in team fights too.
