Freshly Dinged 90 looking for advice

Ok I last played my shaman at the end of wraith and then made my warrior my main.
My guild wants to use a paladin and druid for siege tanking so they asked me to level and gear my shaman.

I dinged 90 about a week ago and have my 4 set plus some other stuff but before I go gemming and enchanting like crazy I need advice on things like amount of spirit, Haste vs crit levels, if my talents and glyphs correct.

and yes alot of my gear trinkets etc are bad, but i am working on them.

Should have said i'm resto but thanks I will check the icey veins resto guide.

Firstly your armory is shown in elemental spec even if the gear is for resto. Imo don't use glyph of riptide.

At your current gear lvl I would go for either the 871 or 3764 haste breakpoint and reforge the rest to crit. although the 3764 hbp is bugged I hear.

Try and get your legendary meta asap, until then stick spirit gems in the blue sockets. Int + crit or int + spirit (if you need more spirit) in the red and either haste + spirit or crit + spirit in the yellow.
