I don't like when a thread that has a lot of potential has a few flamebaiters drive it off-track until it gets locked. I think we could get perfectly civilized discussions about things like religion and politics done if it wasn't for a select few who intentionally veer the threads off course with a lot of appealing to emotions and harsh words.

People who hate things for no good reason

The key word in there is subjective, which is what fuels a lot of the arguing. They do have reasons, but they could be unfounded, stereotypical, or simply never stated.

In the end you'll disagree, and I'll just find your opinion on the topic ignorant and shrug my shoulders and move on. But you're almost always siding with the majority around here, unless you believe gay marriage to be morally reprehensible, think abortion should be illegal, love America and hate Europe, or think it's justifiable to force feed terrorists. I don't see you deviating very often from the status-quo or giving anybody a reason to believe you're anything other than mediocre or sociable (except for you saying you are).

So are you lucky to have found a place with people who are reasonably in range of your own intelligence who you can agree with, or are you afraid of of being marked "wrong"? (I'm not guessing you very much fear being labeled "arrogant").

I really cant stand pro-communism and -socialism posts. Communism has killed more people than fascism and nazis and socialism isn't much better (don't confuse it with having socialist ideas woven into capitalism, that's not socialism).

1. Communism killed more people then fascism and Nazis? I don't think an idea can kill or that an entire group of people who believe in an idea should be put in a group with only the worst of their kind or every ideology would be evil.

Horde posters stroking their enormous penises claiming that horde players are better than alliance players.
Alliance players, a lot of them anyway, not disagreeing with horde posters and joining them in bashing their own faction. These are actually even more annoying.

WoW is better than it ever has been posts but the thing that really gets at me are the "Nintendo is going down the shitter" posts. I just want to throw the computer whenever I see that, it just hurts, it fucking hurts and I'm not one to enjoy torture... Though I don't think many people like torture either outside of masochists. If I was a masochist I would read the shit out of those posts.
