But on a serious note, I have been there before and done it, and while it is amazing and sometimes off putting (if things don't go well) It is always best to let her know what you want out of it, As long as you're not looking to make it get in the way of your work I can't see a problem.

If you are both upfront about what you want out of this "relationship" then there should not be a problem with it(interfering at work). Saying that, you sound like the rebound guy and it will not last long, as she probably after some fun. Then again, you do only live once, why not enjoy yourself?
