You would need a visa of some sort to stay and work, If you have a job lined up in a specialty field then you can apply for a work visa, other than that you have to go the long route which will take probably up to a year. I am going through the process right now as a spouse and my interview is in 2 weeks. It has taken 10 months to get this far, and this is one of the fastest ways to obtain a visa.
haha wait a whole year just for a chance. sounds lame
thanks illl probably just try a different province in my country
America (continent) or the US?
Their policies are rather strict and usually you need someone within the country to sponsor you if you want it to go at any decent rate. A year was being nice as well, might take over that if it's just you wanting to come with no real reason other than it being "sick" lol
You can apply for a work visa assuming you have a skilled job offer which no one suitable has applied for... Then you also need a family member over there or your company to sponsor you.
I love that movie
