[Movies] Anyone know this horror movie?

I'm relaying this from a friend who is trying to remember this movie, this is the only description I have.

It's about this girl I think young twenties that goes into a house where a lady tells her she should remember the rules. If she doesn't the ghosts will get angry and get her. One of the rules is don't whisper or something like that, of course she doesn't listen and everything goes wrong. I remember something with a calender.

Did a lot of Google searching and it hasn't helped, anyone know what it could be?
