Raid extend question

Hi

My guild is farming 11/13 heroics for a while now and working on Lei Shen HC, having done some decent progress yesterday, the question about raid extension came up.

If we extend the raid on wednesday so we keep progressing on Lei Shen HC, but should we fail to kill him. Can we remove the extension on say Sunday & just clear the place starting at Jinrok again??

I've been googling about this, and so far I've found that you can do it when you only killed normals, but since Heroic raids work different, I want to check this first.

Once you accept the heroic lock out from last week you're locked to it, otherwise this is probably what most guilds would do.

Long as you haven't killed any heroic bosses it should work yeh.
Cause your not saved to the previous bosses until you kill a new one.
Second you click accept on a heroic id your auto locked to the bosses already killed.

As said already - works on normal, doesn't work on heroic.
