Nope. But now that you suggest comparing them: the mechanic is much better than ours. It comes with a built-in way to store burst for upcoming cooldowns, procs, burn phases, etc. Ours is just a random passive. Originally Posted by Haavok1

Has it been confirmed that the icicles will benefit from procs and/or CDs? Judging by existing conditions, the icicles will have the damage from the original casts, so they will pack more punch after most procs, and not before. Originally Posted by espoire

Not exactly, the only way to effectively "store" them would be to put welly on passive and stop dpsing, as they autofire at 5 stacks and our welly attacks stack up too (extremely weak). Also keep in mind that these are our mastery, not a passive like your apparitions. Originally Posted by espoire
