Faction changing question

I am considering Faction and realm changing my rogue again.

I am aware of the Argent Tournament Achievement loss.
However, this is the situation.
I changed to Horde awhile ago and Re-did my Argent tourney after losing it and then switched back to Alliance recently and did not have to re-do Argent Tourney.

Now i want to go back to Horde on a Different realm.
Will i retain my Already completed Argent Tourney history on Horde?

Did you have it completed on the opposite faction previously?

You only lose the Argent Tournament achievements if you haven't done them on your new faction. The system remembers quests and achievements you've already completed, regardless of realm changes or the like. If you've completed the Tournament on both factions, you keep everything, forever.

(And yes, I have done that before.)

To answer this, no. Was horde before, am alliance now, and still have all the achiev I had.

Speaking as a Crusader on both sides of the fence, your progress made as one faction will remain tracked (but independent of the other faction).
