The concept of "server" will soon be something different in 1-2 months.

Just wait a few weeks and let see how Virtual realms are handled.

Outland has over 70000 Items on the AH. Alliance alone. Would be madness.

I could see that happening, but only when you buy from the opposing faction the cost will be say 10-25% higher. And the seller and ah split the added cost.
