RF bad juju or TF fort of zandalari

As the title says which one is better? I have been pondering this for awhile just would like some thoughts. Thanks

i'd go with tf fort, RF juju procs next to nothing iirc, so it boils down to stats with close to no proc vs more stats with not-so-useful use.

Assuming you are BrM ofc, if you are WW juju all the way

Fort: 1552 Mastery / 582 avg Stamina gain
LFR Juju: 1218 Mastery / 1665 avg Agil gain

Throw Fort to a vendor I don't even bid on our H-TF drops of it the /use is garbage for BrM.

Are those your only two options?

The use on Fort is pretty useless.

Well I knew normal bad juju was better but I didn't know if dropping to the rf would be better
