<Destinatus> is a 25man Heroic progression guild on US-Eredar (Vindication/Chicago Datacenter). We raid from 8-11pm EST Sunday, Tuesday-Thursday and expect everyone to show the kind of dedication necessary to remain competitive on a short schedule. Simple Math of Andorhal needs a death knight for a full-time 25-man raiding position. We raid Sunday-Thursday 7:00pm-12:00am EST. We have completed 16/16 tier 14 heroic modes and 13/13 tier 15 heroic modes.

About You:
You want to take progression seriously but on a reduced schedule from other hardcore guilds. You expect the raid team to execute at your level and you take personal responsibility for your performance. You do not need to have an especially "thick skin", but you are okay with getting called on your mistakes. You learn quickly and can adapt to unexpected situations. You are an expert on your class and you stay up to date on any changes or new theorycrafting. You understand min-maxing everything from gems to consumables is important. You are good at mechanics, good at your role, and good at using your entire toolkit to keep yourself and the raid alive. You know how to read logs for your class and look at more than just DPS/HPS numbers for ways to improve.

About Summit:
<Summit> is a 25-man hardcore progression raiding guild with a 12 hour per week schedule (4 hours/3 nights). Very occasionally, a 4th raid night will be added to accomplish specific progression goals, to make up for connectivity shenanigans, etc. This extra night was used 3 times during ToT.

We are often-but-not-always mature, most of our members are between 20 and 30. We require a high level of attention during raids, and to make the most of our limited raid time our pulls are fast an efficient.

On off nights, alt raids, leveling groups, and old content achievement runs are plentiful. A significant number of our members are often online and very social. Being in Summit is FUN.

Illidan is a very high pop server with a thriving economy. Queues are not uncommon on raid nights, but do not interfere with logging on for our raid start time.

Stability: SoA has been a guild for 8 years. We are a mature guild with the average age of our raiding core being in their late 20’s. We conduct a respectful and productive raid environment, while still keeping it friendly.

What do we expect from you as a raider?

Attendance: We are a 10 man guild and every raider is important. You are expected to fill a role, and we need you at raids to do that. We expect raiders to have an attendance rate of 87.5% over the course of the month. On an average month this means you are expected to miss no more than 1.5 raiding days.

Preparation: The guild does provide feasts and potions to raiders during progression, but we expect you to do your preparation for the raid on your own and before raid time. If you need to research how a specific mechanic/fight works, how to improve your play, or if you like to PVP, we expect that to be done on your own time.

Communication: Good communication between raiders is essential. If you cannot speak with other people, or are not prepared to use vent during the raid, you cannot adequately perform as a 10 man raider.
