So on the PTR i have http://www.wowhead.com/item=96422#see-also Transmog'd. I see lightning effect coming from the orb. But on live i see nothing. Wowhead also has the 3d View as a lightning style effect. Check my settings on live and ptr and for the life of me i can't figure out why they're different. So ya.... Help me see Lightning!

Only reason I can think of is graphics settings.

Only thing that is different is my Resolution. Its lower on the ptr. My OCD is acting up.

I've seen the exact same thing. My gun is transmogged too, and no, it's not graphics settings.
