Personally I like the new T16 armor and will be xmogging it to my PvP as well. Coupled with my Voice gun I love looking like a mech / cybran. What would a good recommendation be for a pet to match this new set with?
Perhaps nothing? =/

I think a quillen would be pretty sharp looking with the set just from an aesthetics stand point.

Nether Ray could fit pretty nicely.
Also, could go for something glowy, maybe Arcane Wyrm?Old Gods made me do it.

I think that Skarr; the black metallic looking cat with lazers for eyes (hunter tame in the firelands dailies zone) would be suitably robotic maybe?

Duneclaw Broodlord is fairly mechanical looking, as is Karkin. As mentioned previously, Skarr is.
