Selfless healer and Holy avenger [5.4]

Hey guys so it sorta occurred to me today that if you have both of these talents active, essentially you SHOULD be able to generate 3 HP spells very quickly come new patch considering judgment gives a HP and holy shock gives a HP, seems pretty OP.

Question then is: Can anyone confirm that if Holy Avenger is active - does Holy Power gained while using judgment from Selfless healer generate 3HP instead of 1? or is this excluded from the effects of Holy Avenger?

Thoughts on this setup? ill most likely be running this come 5.4.
