    So do you think it will be a good gaming pc for the next 2-3 years atleast ?

    Depends on the games you want to play. BF4 with a 144 Hz screen means you have to turn down settings to medium/high to get 100+ fps to utilize the screens refresh rate. I would say go with a IPS 60 Hz monitor instead if you want to stick to the 770.

    I don't know where you're ordering from, but the build posted first page by Fluorescent0 is perfect and cost less.
