I think it's a gross miscarriage of justice that a citizen has to argue for his social utility in order to maintain his liberty.

If it was really capitalism, then a person could provide a service only rich people use. Without approval from anyone. The sole meter to determine the worthiness of his business is whether or not people buy from him.
