Weekend Raiding Flex group after the patch

I would like to put a casual group together for flex raiding on weekends once the patch hits. I'm thinking roughly 15 people in case some do not show up or some decide to bring a friend. Then, we all raid like we aren't a casual guild, so we can expect each other to stay out of fire/come prepared/be punctual. If we do this, we probably wont be spending a ton of time on each boss.

This way we can kill bosses weekly in a raiding setting without overly relying on anyone and nobody has to leave their guild. Plus god forbid, we actually meet new people in WoW again. I have a couple friends interested in the idea but they are far from reliable enough for showing up every week. So, I would like to know who is interested in putting together the core with me.

We can exchange battletags to send invites. I might be missing something but I think the idea is clear. Let me know!
