Usually there is a way to get up something important, but if i think so 1 2 3 then i can't find anything to get you up there.
Ask someone with a 2 seated flying mount.

I'm fairly certain you have to be 90 to use Mishi to get up there.

well actualy i am 90:P cant afford the flying skill yet but want to start the chain for the boots. if it helps i havent quested much in the zones.

I believe you can only use Mishi once, during the initial quest to meet Cho at the seat of knowledge. All the other times I tried to use Mishi, there was no longer the option to ride him there, only NPC flavor text.

Best bet to get up there afterwards without Pandaria flight, is to ask another player for a two-seater mount ride.
