Without final numbers on our damage, there can't be an optimization of talents and statweights so making a bislist is futile for the moment.
Also realise that a bis setup, specially with thunderforged mechanic, only works as the entire set. For your char, an item that is not on the bislist can be better due hitting hit/exp caps and different amounts of haste/mastery.

Try totemspot at the start of the patch. They usually have one written down.

You could also check Simulationcraft - they usually have pretty good profiles included. But you will have to wait for final patchnotes and final simcraft version.
