New build windwalker change, can a theorycrafter explain plz.

So, i'm not the best Theorycrafter in the world and i'm trying to understand the new patch note.

Could someone explain how is this upping or nerfing us ?

Nothing, tooltip fixes for Brewmasters.

As far as i can tell they are moving damage from AP to weapon damage.

It's a buff with low vengeance, and a nerf with high vengeance.

That's if something ACTUALLY changes ofc XD
