Not really a villain, more of an anti-hero : Magus from the legendary game Chrono Trigger.

Al swearengen. Marlo stanfield. The governor. Phil Leotardo. Eric cartman. Some of the greatest villains in television history.

  7. #67
Sweeney Todd. Although technically a good villain in my book sorta.

    Harley Quinn
    GLaDOS
    The Illusive Man
    Zinyak(Saints Row 4)
    Kefka(Final Fantasy 6)
    Loghain(Dragon Age: Origins)
    Lex Luthor
    Dr. Doom
    Thanos

Some of my favorites, if not in that particular order, are the following:
    • Kreia from KotOR2, for being both a magnificent manipulator and one badass old lady
    • GLaD0S from Portal, for both her passive aggressive snark and deadliness.
    • Ursula from Disney's Little Mermaid, because she's a load of fun for a conniving old witch and she rocks those tentacles like no other.
    • Doctor Facilier from Disney's Princess and the Frog, for being the sort of snake oil salesman that's massive fun to watch but not at all fun to deal with.
    • Junko Enoshima from Dangan Ronpa, for hiding her identity well and being the teenage girl that brought the world to its knees.
    • Zinyak from SR4, for being one classy son of a bitch.
    • Cartman from Southpark, because Cartman.
    • Loghain from DA:O, for being the misguided patriot that Ferelden deserves but not necessarilly who it needs. (Ah yes, "the Blight". We have dismissed that claim.)
    • Gangrel from Fire Emblem Awakening, because fuck yeah Gangrel.
    • N from Pokemon Black/White, because dat ass.
    • Annie Wilkes from Misery, because best yandere ever. (inb4 Gasai Yuno.)

GLaD0S was good, diabolical and fun.
Scar and Jafar were great in the making and horrible in the end (honorable mentions)
John Baptist Emmanuel Zorg for great humor and cause Gary Oldman is an awesome actor (also some of the best lines ever)
Kefka for being the most dastardly and successful; which is one of the marks of a good villain.

    Best villain ever?
Raistlin Majere. Great making, ingenious, successful, with personality, depth and depravity. He is well-known, highly emulated, appears as both a pro and antagonist, and was clever and powerful enough that gods feared him. Yep, gotta go with that one.

Tywin is played by Charles Dance who is one of the greatest villain actors.

    Also watch him in:

"The Golden Child" as Sardo Numspa great performanc as playing the devil.

"Last Action Hero" as the main villain Benedict

In Game of Thrones he is just one of many characters, what is a bit sad in comparission as in these 2 popular films the focus was on him and the hero.

I always liked Peter Cushings Doctor Frankenstein. He played the cold blooded Doctor best. Can't watch other films based on frankenstein without that actor, irony though, that he played van helsing in all these Chris Lee Dracula movies. Van Helsing was of course merciless in his hunt for Dracula, too.
