Mouse movement lag? (help, please)

I've been having some problems running some games lately, and understand that this has only been happening recently, before it was just fine. So, my computer should be able to handle running games/mods like DayZ and Crysis at about 55-60 FPS easily with the graphics set at high/very high. But, games like tf2, toribash, GMOD and others have been acting weird lately. Basically, whenever I try to move my mouse just a little bit, the frames drop drastically and it just starts to lag a good bit, yet if I don't move it, I'll experience no lag whatsoever and I'll have a smooth 60 FPS (even when I'm walking and jumping and all that good stuff). Anyone know why?

Nevermind... I managed to fix it myself. Just needed to update my drivers.
