Second probably not care and keep doing what I regularly do when it was Pay to play.

I would look at it like a private server honestly, that's what private servers do, buy in game items/stuff for real money. And that it's free to play.

as someone who stopped playing quite a long time ago i can honestly say id probably log in from time to time and level a new toon or check out the current tier of lfr. as for the in game store selling exclusive stuff? wouldnt bother me. exclusive stuff in a video game has never been something thats interested me.
