A partnership between a brewery and a chocolate company in the same Italian town has created the worlds first spreadable beer. Sort of like nutella or peanut butter but you get drunk off it.
- Is this a good idea?
- Would you try it?
Personally i think it's an awesome idea!

I don't get it, but I would try it. And it shouldn't be called "Spreadable Beer". It stopped being beer when it stopped being something you could drink.

I always thought of vegemite as spreadable beer...

It pretty much is, vegemite is made from the yeast extract from distilleries so we aussies have had spreadable beer for a looooong time already Originally Posted by Kujako

I'm still wondering how they managed to mix something that dissolves just about anything with something that shouldn't dissolve.
What's the shelf life on this stuff, 17 minutes?
It just sounds really bleh, until I think about it more. Then it sounds even more bleh, with more than a bit of URGGGGGGHHHHH! and HUUUUAAAAAAA (chunks in the bowl) thrown in.

or you could buy this for less than a pound:
Exactly the same stuff. Except it isn't alcoholic (but you could always sprinkle a bit of vodka over the toast if that is so much of an issue).
