I CANNOT endorse this statement enough! I just saw that documentary last week - holy hell is that eye opening!

That depends on Monica's testimony. She testified that he fondled her that and who know what else in her "sealed testimony" that means that he did have contact with at least her breast, hence he lied. Either way its history now.
