[BrM] T16 4pc garbage?? And mastery or crit at launch 5.4

Hey everyone I been on the ptr non stop trying to figure out what I want to do as far as gear choices for 5.4 and I have to say I am not really a fan of the new 4pc when it was a 30% heal it sounded ok but now with a 15% it doesn't even sound worth it...I personal think I am going to be going for 2 set then warforge off pieces and I was just curious what the others out there thought on this matter.

I was also curious if anyone would be making the move to mastery at the launch of 5.4 over the crit build and why are you doing so? I know the t15 is getting nerfed to 6% but is going mastery over crit at launch worth it?

Any input on this stuff would be great to hear, thanks again.
