    Dizzy spells

    Last 4 weeks I get dizzy spells from tilting my head up or looking down or flipping over on my side while i sleep.

    What could cause this? It's kinda messing me up big time.

    I enjoy the feeling while in bed but not when I'm working.

    Not entirely sure what you mean about enjoying it while in bed? If it bother's you then you probably should seek professional help from a doctor or something because it could be early warning signs for something more serious.

    Your body is not used to it, have many more and you will adapt. Failing that see a Doctor and dont ask for health advice on a gaming forum.

    Could be vertigo or some other an inner ear thing if it mostly involves head movement. Would ask doctor about it.
