These pieces you highlighted give more optimal stats ( sockets with the helm ) when scaled down to the 463ilvl that you are at in challenge modes. In order to maximise damage etc it can be a good choice to change to these items.

Is there a site/ page anything that has a list of the BiS gear for challenge modes / proving grounds I've been looking for a bit now and all I'm finding is challenge mode strats and the actual gear you get from challenge modes.
