Why windows control panel cannot detect and uninstall any programs in its own system?

Why windows cannot detect and uninstall any other programs in its system? I had to installed wise program uninstaller. I used it as my cleaner, uninstall some useless programs i cannot find in windows own uninstaller in order to release more room. Is there any reasonable answer for this? Thanks.

Are the programs you cannot find through control panel located on a different drive from what Windows is on?

Well given the lack of details and no apparent actual problem, plus the post count and style: I suspect he's an advertising troll.

I don't think so. You see, its location is in C disk, which is default system running disk, right?

Here is the location: C:\Users\Beata\Desktop\NydusVPN_2.0.3_cn_x86_64\NydusVPN.exe

And actually i had uninstalled many such like programs which i randomly installed in my pc with wise's uninstaller i mentioned, and because i could not found them in control panel program uninstaller list. And i forgot their names. Now I just wonder that why windows cannot detect its own system operating programs. Of course, it caused just a little bit convenience. I usually install that wise's uninstaller when i need, then delete it after uninstall task complete for keeping my pc slim.

If the program is on your desktop, it likely hasn't been 'Installed' in the traditional way programs get installed. The "Add/Remove Programs" function in windows exists if a program is installed and has registry modifications done. SOmething just sitting on your desktop isnt "installed"
