[Megathread] Humble Bundle & Other Digital Sales

Tier 1 is Doom 2016 for $10. Then for $10 more you get the Doom Classic Complete that has Doom 1 and 2 along with a number of bonus levels for both as well as the re-release version of Doom 3. Not a bad deal.

DOOM(2016) is a good game, definitely worth that price & more. You get all the DLC that was released for free these days. All pvp stuff I think though.
The music is bloody good too!

You could always create a second steam account, add the games key to that account.
That way, you've got a second copy of the game you most likely won't play

You can also spend $5 on that account and then mail the trading cards to your main account too. That's what I do with freebies I get and then realize I already had it.

Man, new humble bundle is out and its....niche. I guess thats the most polite way to describe it. Kinda disappointed.

Watch out the latest HB. You can't increase your amount after you buy to get a higher tier.

January humble monthly looks promising. I like that they revealed three games and not just one. I'll probably get it for Dawn of War 3 (for the single player campaign, not interested in the multiplayer).

Well, if i remember correctly, last yog cast bundle ran out of some game keys, i believe it is the same this year... So yeah, some folks will buy the package asap to not miss any games. :P

Just finished my second playthrough. If you don't mind reading a lot and paying attention, you get a cool setting and a fantastic story with a lot of unforeseen plot twists and well written characters. If you expect gameplay depth and character progression, you'll be disappointed. It's great for what it is, but it's not for everyone, and it has no ties to the original torment despite the name.

Guess it depends on what you are interested in. I didn't get it, but BlazBlue: Chrono Phantasma and Rival of Aether look interesting.

Though I can see some people being upset that it came with Sexy Brutale and they got the other bundle for it not even a few weeks ago.
