How does this work though,. the store page claims its just a DLC?
Doesn't it come with the original game, or do you need to buy "race 07" separately to have any use for this free game?

You never mentioned the Race 07 thing in your message on Steam. Whilst I can't specifically verify as I got a bundle so have both games, GTR Evolution is flagged as its own entity in Steam. So is probably standalone.

Claim it and try to launch the game?

Mini Ninja's looks like it might be worth getting. It looks like a cross between Tenchu Stealth Assassins and Legend of Zelda. I'll wait to see what the extra games are on the second Tier before I make a decision.

Just buy the first tier of games. If you later on decide to get the other games aswell, you can increase your donation to get them anyways.

I have two of those, Ethan: Meteor Hunter and Finding Teddy.
It has been a while since played either, though I certainly recall not enjoying Finding Teddy much.
Ethan may have been a DRM free installer, so its lack of visibility on any of the clients I use may be why I haven't got round to playing it recently.
May give it another go, once I find it.

Flying Bundle offering Rush for Glory at the $9 tier.
Instead get the $1 tier, and the breakneck bundle to get the same game, plus 7 others for £2.59.
Much better deal if that game is of interest, or even skip the first one completely.
